For 2 years I collected long term disability insurance from my employer and suddenly was arbitrarily denied coverage. Not only did they abruptly end my benefits, but also, they made the decision retroactive by 2 weeks. Luckily, I filed for Social Security Disability when my short-term disability coverage ended. It took 2 years for the state to schedule a SS hearing. I was using the attorney provided by the insurance company. DO NOT DO THIS! If you have a disability or an ERISA case, hire a PRIVATE attorney. Thankfully, I contacted Marc Snyder, Esquire of RMS Law as soon as I received the denial of coverage letter. If you receive a similar letter of denial it is imperative that you call an attorney and NOT the insurance company. Attorney Kellyanne Parry Inverso represented me at the Social Security Disability hearing and provided pre-hearing support and guidance. Her expertise during the hearing kept me focused and calm which resulted in a positive outcome of two year’s retroactive SSDI. Attorney Marc Snyder represented me in the long-term disability ERISA case against the insurance company. It is intimidating to go against a big insurance company, but I felt that he was aggressive enough and was going to fight for me. I was recently denied Short Term Disability by my current employer of 40 years. My neice is a lawyer and recommended Marc Snyder. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. During our first appointment Marc demonstrated his vast knowledge in the field of disability claims. I immediately was comfortable with Marc and confident that my appeal would be won. Marc was readily available for questions and quickly followed up with all the paperwork. I am pleased to say that we won the Short Term Disability Appeal. Marc then worked with the Long Term Disability provider and a short time later my Long Term Disability was also approved. Marc is also an expert on Social Security Disability and is currently working on my Social Security Disability appeal. I would highly recommend Marc.

I would like to say thank you to this firm they were so professional respectful they were there when I needed them I can call them I can email them the answer me in a timely fashion I was just pleased all around I recommend them to anyone who have been denied and they just can't get help this is the firm you need to go. I consider myself extraordinarily lucky to have found this firm. I began working with Daniel Moss when my private LTD insurer decided to decline my claim after several years of being out on disability. Thankfully, I reached out to them and Daniel and his team dud an amazing job on my appeal and we were successful in getting the decision reversed so I was once again receiving payments - this is so important to me and my family! The most important piece of advice I can give anyone is DO NOT HANDLE these insurers on your own. Daniel and team handled things in a way I never would have known to do them and that was the secret to our success. My Social Security claim was a different story. It had been in limbo for years as I moved out of the countrythe the Social Security office just didn't know how to handle things. Marc Snyder and Kelly Anne Inverso and team got to the bottom of things and finally a hearing was scheduled. Kelly Anne guided me every step of the way. This is such a relief for me and my family and now enables me to concentrate on my health and well being without this financial constant stress. Marc Snyder has all of the qualities I could ever have hoped to find in an attorney to handle the appeal of my disability claim. He is extremely knowledgeable and up-to-date concerning all areas of disability law, and is very experienced and successful in mounting and winning appeals and claims for his clients. He is professional and thorough, and does all of the casework himself so that he knows the complete history, as well as every detail and nuance, of each case and can prepare the best claim/appeal possible. I first contacted Marc when my long-term disability insurance was terminated at the time of the two-year review. I have multiple sclerosis, a progressive disease in which symptoms and functional abilities worsen over time. The onset and determination of total disability caused by MS are not always clear-cut or agreed upon by doctors and insurance companies.Thankfully, Marc took my case. He met with me at length, reviewed all of the records and documentation, identified what additional testing and evidence were needed to clarify my ability/inability to work, communicated with all relevant parties, and pulled it all together.
